Keďže som typ čo sa večne musí do všetkého starať a vŕtať, napisal do Selenia mail, že kedy sa už konečne dožijeme tých D210Ti. Tu je výňatok z odpoveďe ktorá mi prišla. V principe z nej plynie, že chyba je skutočne na ích strane a snažia sa s tým niečo robiť. Ak niekto nevie po anglicky, tak nech sa naučí :)
Selenium Europe has been going under a great re-structuring process changing its warehouse facilities from Vienna to Hamburg. We have opened a new subsidiary in Spain were we have moved our European Headquarters there and are attending all our clients from these new offices. The process has been a bit more troublesome than the already usual hustle of making these changes and therefore we have had shortages in some of our most popular references like the D210Ti. At the same time this has coincided with a strong growth in sales for most of our products that has caught the factory in Brazil a bit unprepared but we have already taken the necessary measure to feed the market with enough products. Within a couple of weeks we will serve our distributors in Czech Republic and Slovakia and other countries in Europe with similar
problems with all the drivers they need. I would like to take this opportunity to inform you about the launch o a new driver the D220Ti that will replace the D210Ti in the near future. The price and technical characteristics are exactly the same as the D210Ti but we have introduced a few improvements on the disposition of the cable connector and the type of connector. The performance and efficiency of the driver has also improved as a result of that. Please find attached the product sheet for this new product. The D210Ti will remain to be available for a few more weeks and the repairs will remain to be available for years to come. Our distributors will be able to make one final order of this reference after they receive their pending orders, but we are advising all of them to start substituting this product with the new improved version.
